We’re delighted to share that Everald Compton has been interviewed by ABC Radio ahead of his Walk in the Spirit around Uluru.
With just days to go until Everald takes on his 11km walk on his 95th birthday, he spoke with ABC Radio about the walk, the inspiration behind it and his goal of raising $100,000 for Dorcas ACTS.
For Everald, Walk in the Spirit is about much more than completing 11 kilometres. It’s an opportunity to bring people together around a shared purpose — to care for others, support people facing times of crisis and encourage us all to think about what we can do for humanity.
The interview is a wonderful opportunity to hear directly from Everald about why he is taking on this challenge and what Walk in the Spirit means to him.
